To avoid LOGIN Errors, please take a moment to verify that your browser is configured properly.

Mozilla FireFox & Netscape (v5 and above) are Not Supported due to known FTP PASV compatiblility issues.

INTERNET EXPLORER v6.0 (WIN XP SP2)

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. At the top of the screen click "Tools", then "Internet Options..."
3. Click "Advanced" Tab on the top right of the window & Scroll down to "Use Passive FTP (for firewall and DSL modem compatability)"
4. This box is checked by default, UNCHECK this box.

Click OK.
